Routes
The main routes are tours of classic Berkshire maintained dirt roads with as little pavement as possible. Lots of twists and turns on loose dirt/gravel roads, blind corners and water depending on recent weather. Obstacles such as blindingly beautiful vistas, oncoming rural traffic, the occasional dog in the road and where to stop for lunch should be expected.
The optional hero sections are rated from I to V with I being the easiest and V having significant challenges with varied levels of consequences.
Days typically start with easier hero options and difficulties advancing as the day progresses.
Riders new to the BBA are strongly encouraged to arrive early or get up early to do some laps on the Hero II Amazon Loop located on property. Advanced riders can test their skill on the more advanced trails also located on property.
What3Words App – They divided the world into 10′ x 10′ squares and gave each square a unique combination of three words. It’s the easiest way to find and share exact locations in emergency situations. App is free.
